The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living room with hardwood flooring. The entire unit measures approximately 750 sq. ft. and all amenities, including a refrigerator, a vented gas range, a microwave in the kitchen and a modern, stackable washer and dryer are included in the rent. The washer and dryer are located in the unit so you can do your laundry at your leisure and in the privacy of your own home.
The apartment has great windows and receives a lot of sunlight. There is a small garden space outside the building for you to enjoy. It has plenty of closet space and beautiful, sloped door frames. The unit is cheery and relaxed, with plenty of hallway space and nice, tall ceilings. The kitchen has a good amount of counter space and cupboards.
The only utilities you are responsible to pay for are gas and electricity! Please get in touch if you would like to know approximately how much these cost each month. Everything else (water, sewer and trash) are included in the rental price so you don’t need to worry about them at all.
The rent is $1000 per month. As mentioned, it includes a fully furnished apartment, a fridge, stove, washer and dryer and microwave and some utilities. You are required to leave a security deposit when signing the lease. The deposit is $1000 but increases if you have pets. Pets are allowed with an extra deposit only. Dogs are $200 each and cats are $400. If you are moving in with pets you will be asked to pay an additional $50 per pet per month.
When applying there is a $50 fee per adult (18 years and older). If your application is accepted you will be further required to put down a $60 administrative fee which you must pay upon moving in.
